Overview
At Nature Miracle, we ensure that all products are carefully packed and shipped. However, we only accept returns or offer refunds under specific conditions.
No Return / No Refund Policy
We follow a strict no return and no refund policy.
Once an order is successfully delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under normal circumstances.
Exception – Damaged or Defective Products
Returns or refunds are only accepted if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
Conditions:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
Refund / Replacement Process
- After verification, we will offer either a replacement or refund
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Minor variations in color, fragrance, or appearance
- Delays caused by courier services
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
