At Nature Miracle, we ensure that all products are carefully packed and shipped. However, we only accept returns or offer refunds under specific conditions.


No Return / No Refund Policy

We follow a strict no return and no refund policy.

Once an order is successfully delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under normal circumstances.


Exception – Damaged or Defective Products

Returns or refunds are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered

Conditions:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Refund / Replacement Process

  • After verification, we will offer either a replacement or refund
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Minor variations in color, fragrance, or appearance
  • Delays caused by courier services

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
